About the opportunity:
- 4-day work week
- Call averages every 50 days with after-hours nurse triage coverage
- 2 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- 1:1 Medical Assistant

- Base salary based on experience plus incentives including 26 days of PTO, 5 days CME, reimburse for all licensing post-start
