A community health center in central Connecticut is adding a Family Medicine Physician. They are a leading independent, non-profit healthcare provider in Connecticut, that provides comprehensive primary care services in medicine, dentistry, and behavioral health to more than 145,000 people.
About the opportunity:
- Option for 4-day, work week
- Call averages every 50 days with after-hours nurse triage coverage
- 4 Physicians and several Advanced Practice Providers

- Base salary based on experience plus incentives
