COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Family Medicine (FM)
  • 11/4 - 12/31 (no coverage needed on 11/28, 12/25)
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
  • Location: Oregon (About 1.5 hours outside of Portland)
  • Setting: Outpatient
  • Patient Volume: Approx. 16 patients/day
  • Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri - Clinic from 8am-5pm
  • Wednesday - Admin time from 8am-5pm
  • Provider needs to be comfortable with all ages but, they will mainly be seeing Teenagers-Adults (they have a PEDS and IM on-site)
  • APP Support/Supervision: MAs, RNs, Referral Coordinator
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Requirements: Active OR License, Board Certified required, Clean Background
