- Established Family practice in a desirable area of northwest Peoria, IL, and an additional location with a new building being built 14 miles away in the growing community of Brimfield, IL.
- Opportunity to take on the patient panel of a retiring Physician while also building your own panel.
- Practice includes 4 Family Physicians and 4 highly trained Nurse Practitioners who are focused on preventative care and women’s health.
- Spacious clinic offers 3 dedicated exam rooms plus a private office for each physician.
- Excellent work/life balance with minimal call and the opportunity to work either 4 or 5 days in the clinic as a full-time physician.

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine. Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
- Experienced with office procedures including skin excisions, biopsies, joint injections, and suturing
