Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity
Washington County Hospital is managed by SSM Health and is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join its established outpatient clinic.
Job Highlights:
- Washington County Hospital Rural Health Clinic offers multi-disciplinary care from providers who work together as a team to provide patients with exceptional health care
- Clinic scope of services Includes: minor procedures, women's health, Medicare wellness visits, annual physicals (school & sport), DOT physicals, well child visits, and immunizations.
- Located on the hospital campus with access to a full spectrum of diagnostic services
- Organization utilizes EPIC EHR
- Flexible schedule with 4 and 5 day options

- Two-year salary guarantee with additional quality and productivity incentives
- Access to The Illinois National Health Service Corps State Loan Repayment Program (SLRP)
