Full-Time Facility Medical Director - Primary Care opening in WA
- Location: Spokane, WA
- Full-time position, 3.5 to 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (schedule is flexible).
Facility is seeking a skilled and experienced physician to serve as a Full-Time Facility Medical Director for primary care in Spokane, WA. This position offers a competitive salary and provides the opportunity to lead and manage care in skilled nursing facilities while enjoying a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care rounding for 15-20 patients per day at two skilled nursing facilities.
- Oversee medical operations and serve as the Medical Director at both facilities.
- Manage day call on days covering, with telephone-only call on weekends from 7 AM to 7 PM.
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and develop treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in a relevant specialty.
- Minimum of 1 year of primary care experience; post-acute care experience is a plus.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must reside within the state of Washington.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $265,400 to $306,000.
- W2 position.
