As the Family Physician you will provide high-quality medical care services to all age groups while developing long-term personal relationships with each individual patient.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Provides primary health care to clinical patients.
- Conducts screenings, comprehensive health assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for minor, acute, and chronic medical conditions.
- Delivers high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care through patient interviews and examinations.
- Formulates diagnoses and initiates treatment based on objective data collected.
- Provides counseling and makes appropriate referrals.
Current license to practice medicine in New York State.
Board certified or Board eligible either in primary care or in pediatrics.
