Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Provider in Northern Mariana Island- Tinian & Rota

Location: Tinian or Rota, of the Northern Mariana Islands

Position: Family Medicine Provider (Physician or Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)

Job Description:

  • Join an adventurous healthcare team in a unique Global Health role on the Northern Marian Islands, specifically Tinian & Rota.
  • Provide care in an underserved, remote community with a small population (around 1,500).
  • Practice rural medicine with limited resources, requiring a broad skill set and experience in solo or remote practice.
  • Work in collaboration with ER and on-call staff in Saipan via RPMS EHR system.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. or Canadian trained and board certified.
  • Experience in Family Medicine required, with at least 2 years in solo or remote practice.
  • ACLS/BLS certification required.
  • Must obtain a CNMI license (application supported by HR).

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Light workload with 10-20 patients/day but can get busy.
