Position Overview:

• Location: Fall River, MA (1 hour south of Boston, 50 miles east of Providence, RI)
• Setting: Community Health Center providing high-quality care for over 50 years
• Team: Join 2 MDs, 1 PA, and 1 NP in a primary care setting
• Patient Load: Averaging 14-15 patients daily; mostly adults, with 3-4 visits per year
• Certification: FM Board Certified, seeing patients of all ages
• Languages: 50% of patients speak Spanish/Portuguese (6 full-time medical interpreters available on-site)
• EMR: Epic
• Work Schedule: Permanent, full-time; 4- or 5-day options available
• Hours: M-F 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $225k-$240k base salary, plus sign-on bonus ($20k) and relocation assistance ($7k)
• Additional Earnings: Potential to earn $10k+ annually by doing rotations at Brown University
• Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $50k/year through a national program (up to 3 years) + additional $5k for Spanish-speaking candidates
• CME: Reimbursement provided
• Health Insurance: Practice covers 75% of premium for individual coverage and immediate family (includes health, dental, and vision)
• 401(k): Practice contributes 50% of the first 6%, up to 3% of your contribution
