- Compensation: Compensation is based on a salary range of $222k-$344k, which is negotiable, based on experience, plus any other compensation offered that may be applicable. -$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance -Negotiable sign-on bonus -Potential group incentive bonus based on FHH productivity, paid to our providers for the past 4 years!

- Additional Info: Provides leadership for the clinical operations of Family Healthcare of Hagerstown by providing administrative direction and clinical involvement surrounding patient care. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Provides both administrative and clinical services. Must be willing to see patients in a clinical setting, 3-4 days per week. -Determines staffing needs of family medicine practice, which also include physician and support staff -Provides supervision of clinical providers -Supports the financial oversight for budgets and operations QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be board-certified, MD state-licensed, BLS/ACLS required along with CDS & DEA -2 years preferred in fulfilling administrative duties within an FQHC or similar practice -Demonstrated leadership experience in a prior role.
