Position: Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage a wide range of health issues, and promote overall wellness. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Work with an established patient base and experienced healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

- Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

- Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, respiratory conditions, and mental health issues.

- Preventive Care: Promote preventive healthcare practices, including vaccinations, screenings, and wellness check-ups. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and healthy habits.

- Family Care: Provide medical care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics, addressing the unique needs of each age group.

- Coordination of Care: Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient care. Facilitate referrals and follow-ups as necessary.

- Patient Education: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

CV

- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

- Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in the state. Board certification in Family Medicine preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a family medicine setting preferred.

- Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
