We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team on a locum tenens basis for an outpatient-only position near Sacramento, CA. This role is perfect for those seeking flexibility and the chance to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively with MDs and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as part of a cohesive team.
- Manage a patient load of 16-18 patients per day.
- Focus on patient care without the need to perform procedures.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Ability to start as soon as possible and commit to a minimum of 3 months with potential for ongoing coverage.
