We are hiring a Family Medicine physician for a locum to perm assignment in North West Ohio!

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialing is complete
• Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice
• Schedule: M-F 8-5p. However, this person will have 4 full days in practice (days are flexible) 8-4 or 8-4:30. Some are ½ hour pts. Varied on pt. types
• Patients per day: 14-16/day. As time goes on, likely to increase as continuity of care becomes more solidified.
• Patient Population/Age: All but very low volume of Peds. 42% Medicare, 7% Commercial, 6% Medicaid. Age: 1-12 (51pts), rest of 2223 are 13 or up, of those 1500 are 50+.
• Special Procedures: Primary Care is the bread and butter
• EMR: Epic

Job Requirements:

• Board Certification
• OH license (client willing to license)
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Clean Malpractice
• Local candidates preferred
