ProMedica Physicians Tecumseh Family Practice is currently seeking a motivated BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our busy, well-established medical practice in Tecumseh, MI. ProMedica Physicians Tecumseh Family Practice has been serving the community for over 30 years! Tecumseh, MI is conveniently located within 25 minutes of Ann Arbor, 30 minutes of Jackson, 15 minutes of Dundee and only 30 minutes from Toledo, Ohio.
- The current practice has 1 Physician and 2 APPs
- All Outpatient, no OB
- Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm
- Call is 1:4
- Work with a dedicated and cohesive team of professionals focused on providing quality patient care and high work ethics
- Electronic medical records, EPIC
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and prescribing medications.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient history, symptoms, and medical records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and quality patient care.
- Educate patients about preventative care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to date patient records using electronic health records systems.
- Stay informed about the latest medical advancements, research, and the best primary care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including networking, councils, and boards.

Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Michigan
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
- New graduates and experienced providers are both encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in being a part of leadership committees or councils
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems
