Position Highlights:

  • Provide quality care with the time needed to deliver your best care
  • 8-10 patients per day, on average
  • 30 mins. minimum appointment times
  • Panel size will not exceed 450 patients
  • Robust support team, includes:
    • Dedicated nurse,
    • Health coaches,
    • Referral coordinators
    • Practice management support
    • EMR support

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed Base Salary with incentive
