As an Internal Medicine Physician in this role, you will:

• Provide outpatient care in an established Internal Medicine practice
• Maintain and build upon a loyal patient base
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and support staff with long tenure within the practice
• Coordinate with local specialists in ENT, Orthopedics, General Surgery, OBGYN, Hematology/Oncology, Urology, and Cardiology for patient referrals and consultations
• Work closely with The Outer Banks Hospital for patient services, both inpatient and outpatient
• Participate in on-site lab services for efficient patient diagnosis and care
• Commit to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Experience in outpatient care preferred
• Familiarity with integrated EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a well-established practice
