Client seeking PHY for family practice contract in Saginaw, MI from October 24 - November 8. Hours are Monday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Tuesday/Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm; Wednesday/Friday, 7:00a, - 4:00pm; all with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, physicals, and wellness visits. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
