Our Woodbourne Primary Care practice in Levittown, Pennsylvania is looking to welcome a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventative and episodic medicine.
• Engage in a traditional outpatient practice; no rounding or nursing homes required.
• Manage a caseload of up to 18 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team comprising Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
• Utilize a point-of-care lab and EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
• Participate in equitable call rotation (1:4 weekday/weekend).
• Provide ACO clinical wraparound support services and process specialist referrals.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine is required.
• Experience in treating a diverse patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Possess a current Pennsylvania medical license or willingness to obtain.
• DEA certification required or must be able to obtain.
• Clean malpractice history and active medical license.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• DEA certification.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or willing to obtain).
• Experience working with patients of all ages—pediatric to geriatric.
