CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Physician to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team at our Portsmouth, VA clinic.
- Low Patient Volume (12 per day)
- Salary, +Up to $50K Bonus Incentive, Sign-on

Our ideal candidate:
- Holds a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Holds a current, unrestricted DEA license
- Ideally has 2-5 years of applicable experience
- Is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
- Has experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients, with an understanding of Best Practice in a coordinated care environment
- Knows Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators.
