Family Medicine Opportunity - Mattoon, IL
Charleston East Family Practice – Solo provider clinic, shares a building with a walk in clinic. Established practice currently covered by an APP.
Highlights include:
A not-for-profit regional hospital serving a ten county region. Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is a 165-bed facility located between the communities of Mattoon (population 17,000) and Charleston (population 17,000). With more than 200 medical staff and more than 3,000 employees we’re growing rapidly and adding specialties. Physician and employee satisfaction surveys are consistently in the top decile nationally in job satisfaction and engagement. We have a special culture that is tangible and is at the heart of all that we do.
ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY
Charleston East Family Practice – Solo provider clinic, shares a building with a walk in clinic. Established practice currently covered by an APP.
Highlights include:
- FM - $300,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $40,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus potential, 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- 1:4 call
