Premier Physician Services, LLC is currently looking to fill a Primary/Managed Care position near St. Petersburg, Florida. Position is dedicated to outpatient medicine focusing on preventative care, management of chronic conditions and urgent/sick visits. Position offers option to perform some in patient and/or skilled nursing, at physician's discretion. Facility focuses on supporting physicians in meeting quality measures and attaining success in the changing healthcare market.

Physician led multi-specialty group practice which was established and has grown to over 12 locations and 50 providers throughout West Florida. The group continues to be very successful in Patient Centric Value Based Healthcare and provides a supportive and caring team environment to help our physicians maintain a good work/ life balance. Must have experience working with Medicare Advantage patients and coding for STARS & HEDIS.

Patient Schedule & Call Schedule:

Must be willing to float between 3 locations all within a few minutes of each other.
Office Schedule Typically 8am to 5pm (M-F) approximately 15 - 22 patients per day
Call Schedule Weekdays 1:4, Weekends 1:4
