Qualified candidates:

• +/- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration or eligible
• Physician who wishes to sustain and continue to grow in a thriving independent practice Ability to work as a team member
• Commitment to quality, patient safety and overall excellence in evidence based clinical care

Practice Overview:

• Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12

• Equal division of practice on-call rotation on parity with other providers (phone calls only)
