The hours of operation for the practice are Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm (with some occasional extended hours).
Shared call rotation (no weekends).
Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family. Provider will be seeing all ages.
15-20 patients/day
ACO clinical wraparound support services
Established practice in a renovated office space
Full medical and administrative support including on site laboratory services.
In-network specialist referral
EPIC EMR
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $265,000 plus incentive
Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time
Student Loan Forgiveness Program
Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability
Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.
Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid
403(b) with a company match up to 10%
Professional Liability Insurance with tail
