We are currently looking for a BC/BE family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine physician to join our private practice and provide care to patients in our affiliated nursing homes located in Fairfax and Alexandria, Virginia.

  • Our well-established private practice is composed of 10 primary care physicians, 6 nurse practitioners, and a tenured support staff
  • The incoming provider will manage patients in the short-term rehab and long-term care facilities, with the option to rotate through our primary care office if inclined
  • Full-time and part-time schedules available, with time divided between our Fairfax and Alexandria locations
