- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- DE license or Willingness to obtain license
- Clean Malpractice Background
- Provider needs to have studied medical Spanish or be fluent in Spanish
- Clinic and call
- Clinic is all ages from pediatrics to geriatric - must have experience with all ages
- 403 (b) with company match up to 10%
