Outpatient Family Medicine Physician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our highly collaborative and supportive team in a Seattle suburb. Our practice focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, from children to elders.

Key Highlights:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient medicine with a supportive team environment.
• Patient Demographics: Care for all ages, from kids to elders.
• Skills and Procedures: Procedural skills welcome and OMT supported.
• Call Schedule: Light call by phone 1-2 times per month; 1 weekend a year, supported by Nurse Triage.
• Onboarding: Slow, thoughtful onboarding with a colleague mentor, Epic and coding support.
• Continuity of Care: Same-day slots to ensure patients can see their own primary care physician.
• Diversity: Culturally and economically diverse patient population.
• Teaching Opportunities: Available for those interested.
• Affiliation: 341-bed public hospital/Level III Trauma Center with 13 primary care clinics and robust subspecialty clinics.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Competitive base salary with productivity and quality components. Minimum first-year salary of $245K, higher for experienced candidates.
