Primary Care Physician - $280k - Flexible Schedule

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care practice located in northeast Philadelphia, PA. Join two experienced Family Medicine Physicians. Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice caring for the whole family.
- Two Scheduling options: Monday-Friday 4 days/week 9am-6pm or 5 days/week 9am-5pm. no rounding
- Weekend & Call Requirements: Shared call; currently 1:2, but once fully staffed will be 1:4. Phone call/consults, no call back
- No rounding, No nursing homes
- 2 FT physicians at office w/RN for triage; 3 MA’s, 1 for every physician
- Medical and Administrative support
- 15-20 patients daily
- ACO clinical wraparound support services
- In-network specialist referral
- Point of care lab on site
- 9 exam rooms; 3 per doc
- Currently using Paper charts; trying to move towards EPIC EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $265k-$280k DOE
- 27 vacation days

- $1,500 towards paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc
- $3,000 towards CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid
- 403(b) with a company match up to 10%

Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Required
- Must have experience working with patients from pediatrics to geriatrics - Required
- PA license (or willing to obtain) - Required
- DEA (or able to obtain)
- MD or DO - Required
