* Full or part time, employed position
* Schedule: 2-3 + days per week. Mostly onsite required, hybrid schedule option available

* HPSA Score: 11
* Patient Population: Adults aged 18+. Provider can see children and adolescents if desired.
* EMR: eClinical Works. Transitioning to EPIC (date TBD)
* 15 minutes per patient average
* VA license: active, pending or recently non-active
