Family Practice Physician
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician
for a full-time role with our team in Kingman, Arizona!
Located in Northwestern Arizona, our organization serves as a significant healthcare provider in the region. Situated near a historic route, we operate multiple campuses with 235 beds and employ nearly 2,000 staff members, over 300 healthcare professionals, and approximately 150 volunteers. Recognized for our rural healthcare leadership, we are Arizona’s first rural teaching hospital and a member of a prominent healthcare network, offering specialized medical services to meet the needs of our growing community.
Compensation Package:
- Up to $200,000 to $ (Based on Experience)

Requirements:
- Clear and Active Arizona Medical License
- New Graduates Accepted!
- Must be proficient with EMRs - We Use Meditech (Training Offered)
- Must Be Comfortable (Within Reason) With Patients of All Age Ranges
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Successful Completion of Residency Program in Area of Specialty
- No Call, Weekends, Late Nights or Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Choice of Monday through Friday - 8 Hour Shift's OR 4 Days a Week - 10 Hour Shift's
- 100% Outpatient Opportunity
- Each Clinic has a full support staff of Patient Access Reps, MA’s or LPN’s. We also provide APP’s for each clinic to assist on follow ups and seeing established patients.
- Seeing 20 to 25 Patients Per Day
- Perform professional medical services in the examination, diagnosis, care and treatment of patients, within the parameters of experience and professional training.
- Provide appropriate patient instruction and/or consultation with family or significant other, as needed.
- Record examination, diagnosis, and treatment notes that meet record documentation requirements.
- Provide clearly written orders and be available to nursing staff for direction, support and clarification of the medical plan of care.
- For those patients whose medical needs are beyond our scope of services, make patient referrals to appropriate specialty services, such as diagnostic services, social services and consultative services, as arranged in protocols; consult with clinic manager regarding available specialty services.
- Work in collaboration with referring providers and other specialists to promote optimal multi-specialty care and service continuity.
