Facility: Medical practice specializing in primary care services. This includes preventive care such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings, as well as treatment for acute illnesses and management of chronic conditions like diabetes or hypertension.

- DO candidates are preferred, but will consider MDs as well
- Must be willing to see all ages.
- The selected candidate will join two experienced Family Medicine physician. Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family.

- Monday – Friday clinic hours: will consider M-F 4 days/week 9:00 am-6:00 pm or 5 days/week 9:00-5:00 pm
- Medical and Administrative support
- 15-20 patients/day
- ACO clinical wraparound support services
- In-network specialist referral
- Point of care lab on site
- 9 exam rooms; 3 per doc
- 2 FT physicians at office w/RN for triage; 3 MA’s, 1 for every physician
- Paper charts; trying to move towards EPIC EMR
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Accepting new graduate candidates
- Open to H-1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J-1 waivers
- Salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
- Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time - 27 days/year
