Full time Family Practice Physician opening at Hammond-Henry Hospital located in Geneseo, IL. Join a well established practice with a collegial group of providers. Outpatient only. EMR is MPM but will be on Epic in summer of 2025. Lab and x-ray on site.

Starting salary---$275,000 for 2 years with wRVU tiers after that
Sign on bonus of $60,000
Relocation stipend of $10,000
Educational Debt Assistance of $250,000 over 5 years
CME of $6,000 with 1 week paid

Generous PTO and sick time that rolls over but does have a max

Job Responsibilities

Spends the majority of their time with direct patient contact and clinical care
Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics
Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data
Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Board Certified
Active DEA license

Working Hours

36 hours patient care, 4 hours admin. Four 10s or five 8 hour days.
