Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Locum Tenens Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages. The position involves temporary coverage in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
• Ability to obtain temporary or locum tenens licensure if not already licensed in Arizona.
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
• Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
