Position: Locum MD/DO - Family Practice

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a clinical setting.
Conduct routine exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote wellness through preventive care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary.
Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice.
Valid Illinois state medical license.
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Practice.
Proficiency in primary care procedures and protocols.
Strong clinical acumen with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
