Family Medicine Physician (FP) needed in Elkhart, IN

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $175,000 - $230,000
• Health Insurance (Employer covers 60%)

• Continuing Medical Education – 40 hours and $2,500 allowance

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• One late Monday (rotation every 6 weeks)
• 18-24 patients per day
• 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of admin time
• Admin time in office for first 90 days then at home after

Requirements

• Clear and active Family Medicine Physician in the state of Indiana
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
