• True 4-day work week; 32 patient contact hours per week
• Uncapped earning potential with no production thresholds - current providers are making $600k+ annually

• Competitive base salary, production bonuses, $100k signing bonus, 35 vacation days per year, student loan repayment, IPERS, malpractice with tail, and more
