We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Operations Associate (CTOA) to drive administrative support functions across the market, including scheduling and care coordination. The CTOA will serve as a representative to our members, external healthcare organizations, payer partners, and other partners, ensuring our members receive the care and assistance they need to thrive. This position is fully remote, and necessary technology will be provided to work from home.

Compensation & Benefits: Position is full time/exempt with competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance offering. Salary range for this role is competitive depending on the candidate’s level of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for scheduling and care coordination.
  • Handle and review medical records efficiently.
  • Coordinate and manage referrals to appropriate healthcare services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding scheduling and care coordination.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation.
  • Represent our organization to members, healthcare organizations, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience handling and reviewing medical records.
  • Experience in a startup or organization that has experienced rapid growth and change.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing referrals.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience with EHR systems.
  • Experience with patient communication, including scheduling and coordinating care.
  • Basic knowledge of frequently prescribed medications.
