Job Summary:
- Full time Family Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care Team in a beautiful, newly renovated office in Colebrook NH
- Form strong relationships with grateful patients.
- This position is located in a peaceful outdoor paradise in Northern New Hampshire where there is a cultural emphasis on family, independence and hard work.
- Best fit Provider will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, medical staff, administration, and the public
Primary Care:
- Pediatric through Geriatric
- High elderly population
- Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
- 18+ patients per day
- Monday through Friday 8-5
- 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
- Available Specialty service include: Integrated Behavioral Health team, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT/Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine, Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, Urology, Wound Center, and more.

Requirements:
- Minimum education: Doctor of Medicine
- Board Certified / Board Eligible - Family Medicine Physician
