Medcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for ongoing locum tenens coverage in Rock Hill, SC.

This is an opportunity treating patients for primary care.

Accepting ANY state license and we cover travel.

Location : Catawba Service Unit (CSU) 2893 Sturgis Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730

Description : The Physician shall act as the attending Physician, providing and managing patient care at the Catawba Service Unit.

The clinic operates in Rock Hill, SC. The services shall include, but not limited to:

1. Provide medical care for urgent, preventative, chronic, and progressive care to pediatric, geriatric,

adolescent and adult patients.

2. Treat the full range of family practice cases and perform most diagnostic and treatment procedures

without further direction.

3. Instruct patients on specific treatments, as well as in preventative care.
4. Observe and abide by the medical staff bylaws, service unit policies and procedures and all applicable

federal and state rules and regulations.

5. Complete forms directly related to patient care, which must be completed by a physician and issue all

patient referrals, as needed.

The Physician will clinically supervise two Physician Assistants and oversee the laboratory.

The Physician will work four 8-hour days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and

Friday (except Federal Holidays). Hours will typically be 8:00am – 4:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid

lunch break. Services are required at 32 hours per week. There will be no “on call,” weekend, or

holiday shifts.
