Locums – Bonney Lake, Washington, Family Medicine Physician Job (IMLC Accepted)

- Est. days per month needing covered: M - F/weekly
- Minimum number of shifts preferred/month (2 weeks/month etc): Full Time preferred
- Minimum length of commitment required: 6 months
- General coverage at this point
- Multiple part time locums accepted to fill schedule, no more than 2. Full time is preferred
- Shift Details (start/end times etc): 7:30a - 5:30p
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Duties: In-person patient visits, task box, med refills, etc
- Patients per day/volume: 18 – 20
- Not Responsible of Mid-Level Providers
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: MA/LPN
- Reason for Coverage: Provider on extended Medical leave + currently recruiting growth position
- Board Certified / Board Eligible – Required
- Active WA License – Required or IMLC
- DEA, BLS – Required
