- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift. July 8th, 2024-January, 2025
- Job Setting: Standard clinic
- Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care
- Credentialing Timeframe: 31-60 days
- Board certification is required with a specialty in Family Medicine preferred
- Active Pennsylvania state license and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required
