Are you looking for a part-time position in a primary care clinic? We have partnered with a reputable organization seeking part-time primary care physicians for locations throughout the metro-Atlanta area.

**Position Details:**

- Work 20-25 hours per week, available as a 1099 contractor or W-2 employee.

- Work at two clinic locations each week (one day at each clinic, no same-day trips).

- Provide clinical supervision to four (4) Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioners.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Conduct appropriate evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care for patients.

- Prescribe and manage patient medications and/or procedures as medically appropriate per applicable laws.

- Complete medical, billing, administrative, and other patient records promptly, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, specialty practices, and medical record documentation policies.

- Provide both virtual and in-person medical services.

- Engage in a collaborative care model, working with pharmacists and dietitians.

- Comply with credentialing requirements.

Sugar Hill ,GA

Suwanee, GA

Newnan, GA

Marietta, GA

Tucker, GA

**Qualifications:**

- Hold a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia.

- Maintain relevant, active certification from a recognized board (e.g., American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association Board).

- Maintain participating provider status with Medicare, Medicaid, and Third Party Payor programs, and have no exclusions from any federally-funded healthcare programs, including Medicare or Medicaid.

- Have a valid DEA registration.

- Maintain medical staff membership and admitting privileges with at least one hospital in-network with relevant payors, if required.

- Have an active Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) if working as a 1099 contractor.

- Provide 2-3 references.

- Submit a current CV.
