Position: Locum MD/DO - Family Practice
Location: Des Moines, Washington
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive family medical care to patients of all ages in a clinic setting.
Perform initial assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement treatment plans.
Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care using evidence-based practices and protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including nurses, technicians, and specialists, to ensure timely and effective patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing compassionate care and education about their conditions and treatment options.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice.
Valid Washington medical license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Practice preferred.
Proficiency in family medical procedures and protocols.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
