Job Description:
- Located within a newly renovated space, serve the community of Fort Morgan alongside UCHealth Cardiology.
- Situated along the high plains of Colorado, Fort Morgan offers the opportunity to practice the full-breadth of primary care.
- Candidate must have 3+ plus years experience in Primary Care and be Board Certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

- The pay range for this full-time position is $246,000-$274,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.

Just one hour east of Fort Collins and northeast of Denver, Fort Morgan is a small community with a big heart. From the limitless horizons to the extraordinary natural beauty of the plains, this friendly area is a great place to live, play and work.
As the largest municipality in Morgan County, Fort Morgan is located on the high plains of northeastern Colorado about 82 miles northeast of Denver. The town sits on the banks of the South Platte River and has plenty of community parks to get some fresh air.
In 2020 there was a recorded population of 11,597. The elevation of this Morgan County town is 4,324 feet. Several historic attractions, a quaint downtown, and a lively music scene make Fort Morgan a worthwhile stop.
