Salary Range: $238,740-$243,930

Requirements to apply:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical School required.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
  • Current California Medical License, DEA Certificate required.

Job Overview

  • Cordially and professionally greet all patients, vendors, team members and visitors. β€’ Communicate with patients in friendly, confident, and courteous manner conducive to personalized patient care environment β€’ Be well versed on WFHC services. β€’ Responsible for providing episodic and chronic care, as well as screening and educational assistance to clinic’s patients β€’ Recognize diversity of patient population and treat all warmly and kindly β€’ Work in harmony with other members of the healthcare team to provide quality service to patients β€’ Provide quality care to patients by following the most current evidence-based guideline and procedure of practice β€’ Following agency protocols that are evidence-based guidelines, perform common vaccinations and diagnostic screenings β€’ Take part in quality assurance activities including to but not limited to peer review β€’ Ensure participation in continuing education and training to keep abreast of current developments to stay current with medical practices. β€’ Provide general medical care and function independently within the legal limitations of the practitioner as directed by the state of California. β€’ Collaborate with medical affairs and administration in developing protocols and procedures in compliance with the laws of the State of California. β€’ Participate in chart review, peer review and quality improvement efforts. β€’ Refer problems outside the scope of the program or beyond the provider’s expertise and training to the appropriate medical or social resource. β€’ Comply with clinical reporting requirements. β€’ Contact patients as required regarding special problems and/or follow up care. β€’ Participate in after hours on-call rotation β€’ Other duties as assigned
