Faculty/Clinic position available for a Family Practice Physician in Northwest Indiana within the Valparaiso area.

• Board Certified Family Practice Physician
• Preferred candidate loves to teach and have a background precepting but open
• 2 days a week in clinic seeing own patients
• 3 days a week precepting FP residents
• Currently 12 residents distributed between other preceptors
• Strictly outpatient clinic setting only - no hospital
• Residents have full schedule
• EMR used is Greenway Intergy
• Newer program but growing fast
