Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our boutique multi-disciplinary practice based in Austin, TX. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient medical care, managing general medical conditions, making referrals, and performing surgical clearance work. A significant component of this position includes conducting televisits, allowing for flexibility and convenience for both you and your patients.
Job Responsibilities
2. Perform general medical management, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
3. Conduct surgical clearance evaluations and make appropriate referrals to specialists as needed.
4. Utilize telemedicine to conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups.
5. Travel to our San Antonio clinic once a week or bi-weekly to provide consistent care across locations.
6. Collaborate with a strong support staff to ensure patient care is coordinated and efficient.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical regulations and practice policies.
Qualifications
2. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
3. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Texas.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Experience with telemedicine is preferred but not required.
7. Willingness to travel to the San Antonio clinic as required.
