Join a culturally rich Community Health Center in Southern Oregon that is promoting a true quality of life position. This opportunity is for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their existing team of 18 providers.

Position/Benefits
• Proven first year income of $340,000+ (Guaranteed Base + Production)
• Up to $40,000 sign on / relocation bonus
• 4-Day work week with 32 contact hours
• Outpatient role treating on average 16-18 patients per day
• Optional inpatient and/or obstetrics responsibilities if desired
