Hospital employed position in which the provider will be joining an experienced team . Easy access to Columbus and Toledo metro for events and airports. Base salary - $387,000. Signing bonus up to $60,000. Hospital Employee, Traditional. Business hours vary from 7am to 7pm (can be flexible). Physicians working four, 10-hour days. Suburban location with easy access to Columbus and Toledo!. Award winning community - ranked by several publications as a top place to live in the country. 4 day work week. Assigned Call with 1:7 Call Ratio. WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available up to $100,000 total. Signing Bonus available up to $30,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME up to 1 week and $5,000 available. Up to 5 weeks of PTO available. 403B with employer match up to 4%.
