Client seeking PHY for family practice opportunity in Enid, OK on June 17, 18, July 3, 5. Hours are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm with a 60-minute break, Tuesday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 5 - 65, mainly 25 - 55, for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
