In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality medical care in a rural community setting. Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, infections, and preventive care.
Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modification counseling, and coordination of care with other healthcare providers.
Procedures: Perform minor office procedures such as suturing, abscess drainage, and joint injections.
Preventive Care: Provide preventive care services, including immunizations, health screenings, and wellness check-ups.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
Follow-Up Care: Provide follow-up care to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure continuity of care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Valid medical license to practice in Oregon.
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a family medicine setting.
Strong clinical skills and proficiency in family medicine diagnostics and treatment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
